Paul G. Markel has worn many hats during his lifetime.  He has been a U.S. Marine, Police Officer, Professional Bodyguard, and Small Arms and Tactics Instructor.  Mr. Markel has been writing professionally for law enforcement and firearms periodicals for nearly twenty years with hundreds and hundreds of articles in print.   Paul is a regular guest on nationally syndicated radio talk shows and subject matter expert in firearms training and use of force.

    Sorry this late but I have been thinking about this for a while.
    I have question how do you known as good guy! when you take your legal carry to stop the maggot cell in mass shooting situation. All the confusion people scrambling in every direction and still stand ready to shoot again if there is a second or third maggot cell? I wont have a vest with the name tape on me signifying me as a good citizen! Advise as to what we should do after the shooting and accessing the scene?
